There are many myths surrounding the benefits of organic and raw food lifestyles which do not account for the fact that people are still getting these foods from industrialized farms which are shipping their living products over great distances.

Re: Avoiding dangerous ingredients in skin-care

These funky products can hurt the skin causing uticaria.

Re: Avoiding dangerous ingredients in skin-care

These funky ingredients can cause a condition called idiopathic <a href="http://www.uticaria.org>uticaria. This is not true. In fact, the European authoritative body that reviews cosmetic ingredients finds parabens safe as used. Also, many of the chemicals that the EU does not permit are chemicals that one should never put in cosmetics, such as tail gas fumes.

Re: The Hidden Danger of Chlorine

When It comes to swimming pools however, chlorine is the most cost-effective and most eco-friendly means of sanitation. You get to swim, bike, and run. You can also do some strength training. It's what I consider the ultimate cross-training.
